Interviewer: "Are you a living God?"
Dalai Lama: (bursting with laughter) "No! (laughing again and taking off his glasses) "Today my eyes with little irritation. If I were a god, that would not happen." (continuing to laugh)
The Dalai Lama describes Heaven: "Very happy, very pleasant. Is best place for further development ..."
Interviewer: "Are you enlightened, Your Holiness?"
Dalai Lama: "No. I do not know what will happen tonight. And my memory, even what happened yesterday, somehow forgot." (giggling)
The Dalai Lama: "I always consider myself another human being. Nothing special."
Interviewer: "Looking at the world today, are we closer to Heaven or to Hell?"
Dalai Lama: "Closer to Heaven, I think."
